WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES DURING CONTAINMENT?
The eshop continues to ensure its smooth operation thanks to our great team and your orders are prepared in the usual deadlines.
You also have the possibility to have your order delivered by courier in Paris Intramuros (8 €) or to collect your order directly in store thanks to the Click and Collect.
HOW DOES THE CLICK & COLLECT WORK?
You have the option of picking up your order in our Labelle stores:
176 rue de Grenelle (Paris 7) oru 92 rue de la Pompe (Paris 16)
In your basket, at the delivery step, choose the mode "store pickup". It takes a little time for our super team to prepare your small packages: within 48 working hours, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up with the slots available to come and pick it up.
When you arrive in front of the store, please call the number indicated on the front door: we work in the offices upstairs. We will need the following information: your name, your order number and identification, and you're done. Your treasures await you!
ARE THERE LABELLE STORES?
Yes ! LABELLE currently has two beautiful physical stores in Paris, bringing together the models present on the site and full of exclusives.
The shops are usually open Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 14 p.m. and from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ORDERED?
At LABELLE, you have 14 working days after delivery of your order to request a refund, exchange your model for another or ask for a credit.
You just need us return your order by mail followed by the return slip attached to your package.
You live in Paris ? You can also return your item directly in shop, provided with your purchase invoice.
However, clearly personalized products that cannot be put back on sale, cannot be exchanged as provided for in the Consumer Code.

WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?
You can pay for your purchases by:
- Credit card (Credit card, Mastercard, Visa)
Transactions made on LABELLE are secured by the Stripe payment system. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored on our computer systems.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
As soon as you confirm your order, it is sent directly to our teams. To modify an element of your order or cancel it, you have a period of 1 hour. Contact customer service by phone at 09 84 05 09 22 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know about your changes.
I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN SEVERAL TIMES. IS THIS NORMAL?
Since LABELLE models are handcrafted and sometimes made to order, you may receive your order in several installments if you have ordered models from different designers. So don't worry if the first package you receive does not contain your entire order.
I WOULD LIKE SEVERAL GIFT PACKAGING, HOW DO I DO IT?
A Present box is offered to you for any order! If you order more than one jewelry, we will put them all together in the same box. If you want more than one gift wrap, please select the option "add gift wrap"before adding the said jewel to your basket. You can also choose to offer your little box in a pretty Labelle bag, looking great under the Christmas tree!
