COVID-19 INFORMATION:

HOW ARE THE EXPEDITIONS GOING NOW?

Since 11/03, we have resumed shipments normally. A daily shipment is scheduled at 15 p.m.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES DURING CONTAINMENT?

At this time, delivery times for orders are very slow and it may take a fortnight for your package to arrive depending on the region in which you are located.

IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL DAYS AND MY TRACKING NUMBER ALWAYS INDICATES NOTHING ...

Following the saturation of postal services, updates to tracking numbers are no longer done in real time. Rest assured, lMail is well taken care of and arrives at destination, but your package may reach you before the tracking is updated.

HOW DOES CLICK & COLLECT WORK?

You can come and pick up your order in our Labelle store from 176 rue de Grenelle (Paris 7).

In your basket, at the delivery stage, choose the "Collect in store" mode. Within 48 working hours, you will receive an email to notify you that your order is ready to be picked up and will indicate the slots available to pick it up.

When you arrive in front of the store, call us on 09.84.05.09.22 and give us your name and order number. A collaborator, wearing gloves and a mask, will come out to give you your treasures safely.

ARE THERE LABELLE STORES?

Yes! LABELLE currently has 2 physical stores in Paris, bringing together the pieces present on the site and a lot of exclusivities.

The shops are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11h to 14h - 15h to 19h

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER ITEM?

At LABELLE, you have 14 working days after delivery of your order to request a refund, exchange your model for another or ask for a credit.

You just need us return your order by mail followed by the return slip attached to your package.

You live in Paris? You can also return your item directly in shop, provided with your purchase invoice.

Nevertheless, clearly personalized products that can not be put up for sale, can not be exchanged as provided by the Consumer Code.

WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

You can pay for your purchases by:

- Credit card (Credit card, Mastercard, Visa)

Transactions made on LABELLE are secured by the Stripe payment system. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Nor are they stored on our computer systems.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As soon as you confirm your order, it is sent directly to our teams. To modify an item of your order or cancel it, you have a delay of 1h. Contact customer service by phone at the 09 84 05 09 22 or by email at info@lab-elle.com and inform them of your changes.

I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN SEVERAL TIMES. IS THIS NORMAL?

As LABELLE models are hand-made and sometimes made when you order, you may receive your order in several installments if you ordered models from different designers. There is nothing to worry about if the first package you receive does not contain your entire order.
