2.secureYour order is delivered Monday to Saturday, personally and against signature. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a note with the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel within 15 days, on presentation of your identity card.
3.traceableWe will give you the tracking number so you can follow your order at any time on the Colissimo website and find out its location.

From the day your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery. With Colissimo, your jewel will be in safe hands, arriving at your door in just 48 to 72 hours!

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we offer you the opportunity to return any jewelry that does not suit you. You can exchange it or receive a refund up to 14 days after delivery.

Please note that, for the time being, you will be responsible for postage costs (and customs duties for the countries concerned).

If you wish to exchange your jewel for another reference or another size, simply make your request directly by contacting our Customer Service department from your customer account. You have 14 days from receipt of your jewel to do so. We'll do our utmost to find the perfect piece of jewelry for you, so please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service department for advice.

RETURN CONDITIONS

At Labelle, your satisfaction is our priority! We want to offer you a peaceful online shopping experience with a 14-day return guarantee,

under certain conditions:

The return request must have been made in advance via your customer account.
2.
The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn.
3.
The jewel is returned to us in suitable packaging, to avoid damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or invoice, which you can find in your customer account, under "Documents". For all earring returns, the complete pair must be returned to us. In the event of incomplete, damaged or soiled products, Labelle reserves the right not to fully reimburse the buyer. The non-refunded balance will be used to repair the jewel.

The jewel has been returned within 14 days of receipt.
