1. Rate

Towards France:
At the time of validating your shopping cart, you have the choice between the tracked letter without signature (3,50 €) and the Colissimo delivered against signature (8 €).
To Europe:
At the time of validating your shopping cart, you have the choice between the tracked letter without signature (6,50 €) and the Colissimo delivered against signature (12 €).
To the rest of the world:
For our friends in the international, we deliver only on estimate.
Write us an email to info@lab-elle.com with the list of items you are interested in, and we will send you a payment link with the shipping costs to your country.

2. Delivery delay

  • When you order, we need on average 2 working days to prepare your package.
  • Your package is then delivered to the Post Office in the shipping mode you have chosen. It is then necessary to count the postal time: about 48h for France et 5 days for Europe. These deadlines are given as an indication by La Poste.

- When ordering from different designers, you may receive your order in several packages. Some jewelry is made when you order it, they leave directly from the designer's workshop.

- When ordering a personalized jewel, a longer period applies. This is each time specified in the product sheet.
